On Monday 30th October, the Neighbourhoods Scrutiny Board will receive a presentation on the progress made against the Sheffield Homes Delivery Plan from Peter Morton, Chief Executive of Sheffield Homes.
Green Party Councillor Jillian Creasy said: "I have publicly highlighted serious problems such as leaking roofs, walls and sewage pipes on the big estates (Hanover and Lansdowne) in Central ward. These flats and maisonettes cannot be called "decent" until these problems are sorted out. I hope the presentation sheds light on how Sheffield Homes will be tackling these issues."
ENDS
The presentation has not been published yet, so we can't comment in detail. Cllr Bernard Little will be observing the Scrutiny Board on Monday.
