Dear Sir

I noticed in the Star on May 6th that East Midlands Trains have won an award for their efforts to "identify strengths and areas for improvements". I would like to nominate them for an award for their "Non contribution to integrated transport systems and public safety in the City of Sheffield". They clearly don't care about the public at all.
